Christmas time is around the corner so it finally is that time of the year again – let’s decorate our homes to our own little Christmas wonderlands!! We always wish we could keep our Christmas decorations all year. Nothing is prettier than glitter, blinking lights, candles and cute & cozy details in every corner, right?
Of course the eye-catcher of every Christmas decoration is the Christmas tree. We absolutely love artificial Christmas trees since years, as they are always perfectly full and voluminous, they don’t start to loose needles and the best thing: you don’t have to buy a new one every year (as at least in Germany a nice tree can be quite expensive). And we prefer to invest in pretty bulbs for sure 😉 So this year, we found the most perfect trees at Balsam Hill. The handcrafted trees have an amazing quality compared to the trees we used to have – they are stunningly realistic with their countless super thick branches and branch tips for the most rich, full look. We chose the all-white and the snow-covered versions in 210 cm – prepare for some Insta Spam the next weeks! Our favorite feature for sure: the trees are pre-lit with build in LED lights. No more annoying light chains any more!
When it comes to Christmas baubles, we love to combine white, rosé, bordeaux, gold and silver for a super elegant but a little girly tree. And of course we can’t say no to shopping some new gorgeous balls every year, so here are a few of our wish list for Christmas 2018:
When it comes to spending cozy days and nights under the tree and enjoying the Christmas time at home, our feel good essentials are a comfy cashmere sweater (even better in oversized) and cute socks to fight the female cold feet 😉 We especially love cheesy prints and over-the-knee socks for staying at home in style. But what’s most important? Of course the perfect gift for your beloved ones, no matter if only a small but thoughtfull gift or something really outstanding!! Whether for your mum or best friend, daddy or hubby, or maybe yourself – do you already know how you will surprise everyone this year??
